PRIVACY POLICY (152‑FZ compliant, English version)

1.1. This Privacy Policy is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152‑FZ “On Personal Data” and other applicable acts.
1.2. Its purpose is to inform personal data subjects ("Subjects," "you") about the purposes, scope, and methods of processing, and about your rights and how to exercise them.

— Contract & billing: if you purchase services (governed by separate contracts/offers).

5.2. Processing is performed using automated and non‑automated means.
6. Storage & Retention
6.1. Personal data are stored no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing, or until withdrawal of consent, or until expiry of periods set by law/contract.
6.2. Data needed for accounting and tax purposes are stored for the periods required by Russian law.
7. Data Localization (Russia)
7.1. Recording, systematization, accumulation, and storage of personal data of Russian citizens are carried out using databases located within the Russian Federation.
8. Sharing with Processors (Third Parties)
8.1. We may entrust processing to the following categories of recipients: hosting/IT infrastructure providers; e‑mail/SMS providers; CRM/helpdesk; payment providers; analytics/anti‑spam; contractors engaged to perform contracts.
8.2. Transfers are based on data processing agreements with confidentiality and security obligations.
9. Cross‑Border Transfers
9.1. Where necessary, we may transfer data to foreign states in compliance with 152‑FZ (including to states ensuring adequate protection of data subject rights, or with your written consent and/or other legal bases).
10. Data Security
10.1. We apply necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, or dissemination.
11. Your Rights & Requests
11.1. You have the right to access your data; request rectification, blocking, or deletion; withdraw consent; and challenge our actions/inaction.

11.3. Upon withdrawal of consent, we stop processing and (unless otherwise provided by law) delete the data within a reasonable period.
12. Minors
12.1. We do not knowingly collect or process data of individuals under 18 without consent of their legal representatives. Upon discovery, we delete such data upon request.
